Accessibility Statement
We want this website to work for everyone, including people using a keyboard, a screen reader, or a magnifier. Last reviewed September 2026.
What we have done
- Pages are built with real headings, lists, and landmarks rather than styled text, so assistive technology can navigate them.
- Every interactive control can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and the focus outline is visible rather than hidden.
- A skip link at the top of each page jumps straight to the main content.
- Images that carry meaning have alternative text. Decorative images are marked so screen readers pass over them.
- Form fields have permanently visible labels, and errors are described in words rather than by color alone.
- Text and background colors were chosen to meet contrast requirements.
- The layout reflows down to small screens without horizontal scrolling, and text can be enlarged without content being cut off.
- The background video on the home page is silent, carries no audio track at all, is marked as decorative so screen readers pass over it, and has a visible pause control that appears on hover or keyboard focus.
- Animation on this site is controlled by the accessibility tool in the corner of every page. Its Pause Motion setting stops the background video, the page transitions and every other animation, and it is remembered on your device from one visit to the next.
- The chat assistant can be opened and used entirely from the keyboard, closes with the Escape key, and announces each new answer without re-reading the conversation. Its typing indicator stops moving when your device asks for reduced motion.
Known limits
The map on the contact page is embedded from Google and we do not control its accessibility. The address and phone number are always written out in plain text beside it, so nothing is only available through the map.
